Fractal Consulting, LLC was formed in May, 2020, to specifically address the backlog of Source Water Protection Plans (“SWPP”), or Emergency Response Plans (“ERP”), as required under the “America’s Water Infrastructure Act of 2018” (aka “AWIA”). Fractal Consulting, LLC has teamed with other professionals and consultants in the water system security industry to provide detailed analysis of community water systems that must comply with the AWIA. Fractal Consulting, LLC, et al will ensure that these community water systems can respond to the AWIA with a valid, hardened ERP that not only meets the requirements of the AWIA, but also ensures safe drinking water for such communities for years going forward.
